Crafting this blog has afforded me the opportunity to do even more research on this fine city in which I live, Calgary. As you’ll see, I’ve added a new page called “Why Calgary?”. Rather than read me droning on and on about how great Calgary is and why you should live here too (if you don’t already, of course 
), I thought I’d give some other Calgarians a chance to boast about our city! Sure Calgary has a winter season and I’m sure you’ve heard the horror stories of -40C winter days, but if you ask someone that lives in Calgary day in and day out, year after year, those aren’t the things that will come to mind if you ask them what they think about Calgary. Check out “Why Calgary?” and see what I mean!
And when you’re done that…how about checking out these other pages and sites with all kinds of info on what’s happening in Calgary!

I know what you mean! I have lived in northern California most of my life. I attended school here, bought my first home here (and my second and my third…) and thought I knew all about my area – especially Bay Area real estate!
But when I started blogging about it, it forced me to actually go out and re-learn about the area I thought was so familiar to me! It turns out that all I knew about the Bay Area real estate market was the part I had been involved with. There is a whole lot more to see and know.
Calgary looks beautiful – I have heard about it but have never been there!
